For ultimate image quality reasons we prefer to maintain control over our shooting locations and we believe you will be completely satisfied with the outcome. We will provide you with information on our preferred shooting locations available once you’ve contacted us to make a booking. With that said, we are still open to shooting in a location of your choice but it will need to be vetted so please do contact us directly with more information so we can discuss and work it out.

Our home base is in Brisbane and Gold Coast, Queensland, which is where our main shooting locations are located but we are very happy travellers and can arrange shoots nationwide and internationally. If you're interested in a session in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, in between, or even abroad, please note that travel expenses will be your responsibility. International shoots may include a surcharge. Please contact us before booking to discuss further.

Our shoots primarily occur on weekdays, but weekend availability is possible, subject to a potential surcharge depending on location and availability. For guaranteed scheduling and ample preparation time, we suggest booking a few weeks in advance. However, last-minute opportunities may arise; feel free to contact us while touring.

Yes!!! We have extensive experience shooting individuals of various shapes, sizes, ages, genders, skin tones and expertise. We've refined our techniques over many years, using lighting, angles, and poses to flatter. We're happy to provide styling advice tailored to your unique shape.

Certainly! Our goal is to ensure your outfits fit well and align with your desired style. We suggest bringing a few key lingerie pieces, along with some additional items such as oversized shirts, jackets, boyfriend jeans, swimwear, and various types of other lingerie. While we can't guarantee all items will be photographed, bringing a variety will help us assist you in making great choices. As for footwear, bare feet are quite elegant, but feel free to bring any specific shoes you prefer.

Please arrange for your own hair and makeup, whether you choose to do it yourself or hire a professional (who is welcome to attend for touch-ups or changes, with prior notice). We strongly prefer a very natural look, and we recommend avoiding heavy glamour makeup and oversize false lashes, as they can obscure the sparkling catchlights in your eyes. However, the final decision is yours!

P.S. For intricate costume and makeup changes, additional shoot hours might be required. Discuss your objectives with us so we can estimate and quote extra time accordingly.

Once we've chosen and edited approximately 35-45 'best of the best' images, we'll share a link for your selection. Please note, we do not provide RAW files. We take immense pride in our work and our brand and will deliver only high-res, professionally finished images.

N.B. Payment for a 10-image package is required in full before editing starts. This is our minimum. Delayed payment may delay image delivery. We strongly advise settling the balance prior to your photo session to prevent image delivery delays.

We offer pre-shoot payment plans in-house but we don’t currently offer any post-shoot in-house payment plans. Do keep an eye out as we will soon be offering Afterpay.

Other payment methods we accept are direct bank transfers, cash, Wise payments and some crypto. Reach out to us for more information.

Absolutely! You are welcome to upgrade your selected package after seeing the images. However, please note that the full-price package difference will need to be paid. We offer substantial discounts for image packages when payment is made in advance (more than 48 hours prior to the shoot), and these same discounts cannot be granted post-shoot, even if you pre-paid your current package. We recommend that you choose your package carefully and pay in advance to take advantage of these savings. You can also add on single images to any chosen package at $180 per image.

We love to show off our work but we will only ever use images that are ‘faceless’ and don’t reveal any identifying marks such as tattoos or birthmarks — however, we will always seek your permission first. Our clients’ privacy is a priority for us.

We prioritise discretion for our clients and take great pride in our creative and tasteful imagery, we therefore avoid facial blurring. Instead, we expertly use light, shadow, hair, and strategic cropping to maintain anonymity. While we love and specialise in faceless shots, the decision to blur your images after delivery is ultimately up to you.

Less than 48hrs before shoot — no refund

Reschedules are generally treated the same as cancellations, however, some leniency may apply on a case-by-case basis due to availability — call or email us ASAP so we can try our best to accomodate you.
